We are looking for a qualified host person will welcome and greet our guests, direct them to a table, and handle our various administrative support tasks.

A good job candidate must be professional and friendly, especially when dealing with guests. Excellent service is a must for great customer experiences.

Welcome guests to the venue

• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Manage reservations
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
• Provide menus and announce Waiter / Waitress’s name
• Greet customers upon their departure
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Maintain a clean reception area
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly
• Receptionist Job Requirements :
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience as a receptionist / host is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great telephone communication skills
• Great organizational skills
• Good computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Office programs
• Good time-management skills
• Customer-centric approach
• Professional and friendly disposition
• Ability to work in a team
